Nira Schwartz - Painter | נירה שוורץ - ציירת

Nira Schwartz

Born in Israel, 1938.

Graduated with honors from the Department of Art at Haifa University. She leaved four years in Japan where she joined a local artists' association, "Tayo Bijetzu", which exhibited her works at the Metropolitan Museum of Tokyo and at Paris Autumn Salon. In Japan she also mastered the art of Katazome.

Nira has been a regular participant in international miniature art shows around the world and received awards for her artworks.

Nira held several solo exhibitions and participated in many group shows.

ילידת ישראל 1938

נירה סיימה בהצטיינות לימודי אמנות מגמת יצירה באוניברסיטת חיפה. נירה גרה 4 שנים ביפן והיתה חברה באגודת אמנים יפנית מקומית בשם "טאיו ביג'טצו" שהציגה את עבדות הקבוצה במוזיאון העירוני של טוקיו ובסלון בפריז.  בתקופת שהותה ביפן השתלמה נירה באמנות הקאטאזומה – אמנות יפנית עתיקה לעיטור בד.

נירה משתתפת קבועה בתערוכות בינלאומיות למיניאטורות ואף קבלה פרסים על עבודות המיניאטורה שלה.

הציגה מספר תערוכות יחיד והשתתפה בתערוכות קבוצתיות רבות.
